If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so until it is in processing. Once the order is sent for manufacturing, we may not be able to cancel it. This is because our manufacturing process is automated, and once the production starts, the product cannot be stopped or altered. Therefore, we encourage you to cancel your order before it is sent for manufacturing.

Please contact our customer support team or WhatsApp or call us at (+91 9707266476) for order cancellation. If you miss the window for cancellation, we will still check if the order can still be canceled. Our team will investigate the matter and let you know if the cancellation is possible.

Please note that orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. If you receive the product and wish to return it, please refer to our return policy.

Please note that if the order has been sent for manufacturing, we may not be able to cancel the order, and the refund may not be possible. In such cases, our team will investigate the matter and let you know if the cancellation is possible.

Once the refund is processed, it will be credited to the same payment method used to place the order. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

In Case Of Wrong, Defective Or Damaged Item
Please note that our team will make the final decision on whether a refund or replacement will be issued based on the nature of the issue and the product’s condition. We may also ask you to provide pictures or videos of the product to help us with our investigation.

If a refund is issued, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the same payment method used to place the order.

There may be cases when we won’t be able to approve your return or replacement request without unboxing video so make sure you make full unboxing video without any cuts when you open the package for first time.
